What’s Out There Weekend: Olmsted on Long Island

Together with Planting Fields Foundation, ý celebrates the bicentennial of Frederick Law Olmsted, Sr.'s, birth by exploring his legacy on Long Island with a weekend of free, expert-led tours. The event will feature more than a dozen sites, including iconic estates, cemeteries, sanctuaries and nurseries, and more. This event is held in conjunction with the October 20 – 21 symposium, , at Planting Fields ().
A guidebook will be produced in tandem with the Weekend.
